"They first tried to charge me extra saying I need to pay more than what I paid on Hotels.com. The hotel itself is a mess terribly dirty, uncomfortable and not worth the price. Mattress and toilets are pathetic. "

"Expedia site we booked the room @ Rs.500/- where as while check in time they charged forcefully Rs. 800/- that to front office people threating if you call Expedia support also we don't accept. there is no support from expedia support. don't believe Expedia."
