Disappointing, won’t stay again and won’t recommen

It took about 45 minutes to check in. There was someone else’s hair in the bathroom sink. The toilet cover was smaller than the actual toilet. Unable to block sunlight from reaching the room.

Falta de orientação dos funcionários. Ex.: estacionamento sem motorista e não explicam a forma como deixar o carro na garagem e depois como acessar o hotel, além disso, obras até no restaurante, sem proteção (junto as mesas do café), o quarto (escolha de um padrão melhor) e mesmo assim com cortinas soltas em algumas partes/cantos.

Excelente opção na região!

Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos. Hotel muito limpo e café da manhã excelente. Um único ponto que poderiam melhorar é a questão de ter pessoas para ajudarem quando chegamos com as malas. Por ser Hilton pensávamos que teríamos esse serviço. Estávamos com uma bebê e muitas malas, então fica complicado. Mas, tirando esse ponto, hotel maravilhoso!

Nao volto!

Embora seja Hilton, nao tem o mesmo serviço. Limpeza deixa a desejar, cama e travesseiros desconfortáveis, café da manha bem pobre. Por 2 vezes a arrumadeira abriu a porta sem bater, a sorte é que a tranca de segurança estava travada. O pessoal do estacionameto é bem grosseiro, apesar de ser pago.

Já me hospedei por diversas vezes neste hotel, sempre em excelentes quartos, porém nesta última viagem fiquei em um quarto com 2 camas de casal muito pequenas, não gostei. O sistema de estacionamento também deixou a desejar, onde não possui mais manobrista e você mesmo tem que estacionar seu veículo longe do lobby

Boa opção próximo da Brava e BC

Fomos bem recepcionados e concederam um upgrade na acomodação. Estacionamento terceirizado e vc precisa ir até o balcão deles, $50 a diária com manobrista. Quarto bom, espaçoso. Cama razoável, roupas de cama boas, toalhas de banho boas. Amenities básicas. As instalações são novas e estavam bem conservadas. Café da manhã bom.

Precisei de gelo por conta de uma cirurgia recente no joelho. No checkin tive que pegar no café (terceirizado). A noite quando retornei de um jantar, frontdesk orientou a ligar no restaurante, porém ninguém atendia. Parece frescura, mas inflamou a ponto de antecipar meu retorno. (Não foi possível nem congelar água nem guardar o gelo do checkin - pois o frigobar estava bloqueado de gelo, nunca limparam)

Perfeito!

Bom, desde o primeiro momento se importaram comigo e com minha família. Havia feito um pedido pelo site e esse pedido poderia ser atendido ou não, porém eles resolveram acatar tendo em vista a acessibilidade da minha filha pois minha filha gosta muito de praia mesmo que não dê pra ver a praia pelo hotel mas deram um jeito de me colocar num quarto muito alto de um andar bem alto para que eu pudesse pelo menos ver um pedacinho da praia e assim alegrar a minha filha minha família o cuidado e atenção com o café da manhã foram maravilhosos Tenho só a agradecer!
