Ótimo , porém alguns ajustes !!!

Local bem novo , hotel bonito . Café muito bom , apenas o Box do banheiro precisa de uma limpeza forte pois os rejuntes e varal no Box estão encardidos e embolorados ! Fomos fazer um chá a chaleira estava suja e com aspecto de mofo dentro. Uma boa higienização seria ideal ! As garagens são super apertadas para um SUV. Não gostamos também. Claro, como é cortesia, temos que aceitar. O pessoal da recepção despreparado ligando para retirarmos o carro que estava atrapalhando outro hóspede na hora em que estávamos no café , saímos correndo do café para retirar o carro eles já tinham feito e não nos avisaram , achamos o cúmulo do despreparado já que eles poderiam retirar o carro pelo outro lado para ajudar o hóspede como assim fizeram quando chegamos lá ! No demais o hotel é ótimo e bonito !!

Boa opção

Estive hospedado a trabalho e esse hotel foi uma boa opção. Está bem localizado, seguro, ambiente agradavel. Ponto negativo foi a acustica da janela do quarto que ao amanhecer é possivel escutar o trafego pesado de carretas e caminhões na BR 101.

Estadia abaixo do esperado

Ruim. Minha reserva era para 3 pessoas e ao chegar no quarto, esqueceram de montar a cama para o meu filho. Era 7 da noite e estávamos cansados e sequer ouvi um: "me desculpe". Cama auxiliar muito ruim e tive que fazer um calço pois estava rangendo. Ao retornar para o quarto, vimos que faltou toalha, sabonetes e shampoos para 3a pessoa. Embaixo da cama do casal estava imundo, tinha até batata palha. O serviço de quarto ficou muito a desejar.

O hotel possui um bom custo benefício, destaque para o atendimento! O café da manhã é excelente, o restaurante abre p jantar.. muito bom e com preço justo. O ponto negativo é o barulho vindo da estrada, apesar das janelas anti ruído. A internet é fraca, muitas vezes a TV smart trava a imagem por conta da internet.

2x pra tentar abrir quarto 1201 e nos trocaram para 1401. Tv travava em canais..nao tinha cobertores..janela nao fechava bem ruido ventos e som externo. Gostei dos atendentes simpáticos..voltarei em breve neste hotel com certeza..cliente que sincero e que vai voltar..merece desconto nas estadias
