If you have large luggage and need a ride to the station, you should book the hotel ride as soon as you check in. Otherwise, there are no taxis available in the morning. "

She checked us in very quick, helped to provide dining options, gave information on how to take local transportation to Kawaguchiko and even came to our room to provide utensils for my family to enjoy our dinner in iur room. "A beautiful hotel. We had a large and well appointed bedroom on 6th floor with a balcony overlooking the stunning green landscape with a spring water bath and swing chair. Staff can’t do enough and you feel very well looked after. Nice touches such as free drinks and ice cream. Wonderful onsen and Japanese garden. Very extensive breakfast buffet. It’s a large hotel and was very noisy when we arrived but was quiet and peaceful after that and had a wonderful air of calmness. Get very clear and detailed instructions from hotel on where to pick up shuttle bus from Gora station to hotel on arrival as this was very confusing from information given which needed to be much clearer. "
