"The room was veey cozy. Amazing pillows and nice firm bed. Bathrooms could be updated but other than that everyone was great. Oh and they need to take the sign down at there Starbucks that says after hours see front desk. That was the only ignorant staff member"

"Loved this hotel! It's walking distance from Universal Studios and very clean. It also appeared to be newly renovated in some areas. There's a Starbucks and other restaurants onsite. The onsite restaurants were pricier than expected, but the service was excellent! There's also other restaurants in walking distance that have better pricing. There's plenty of parking, but at $33 per day it's seems like a lot. Overall, great experience for me and my family."

From the moment we checked in, the service was top-notch—friendly, helpful staff who made us feel right at home, including our dog! The hotel was spotless throughout, from the lobby to our room. You can tell cleanliness is a top priority here, which made us feel extra comfortable. The room was spacious and well-maintained, perfect for our family and our pet to relax after long days of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool! It was beautifully maintained and the perfect spot to unwind. The kids loved it, and it was such a treat to have a relaxing place to cool off and have fun. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be coming back on our next trip to Orlando. "We landed in Orlando in a flight that took longer than we expected and book this hotel room to rest before heading back home. We were very surprised about the comfort and cleanliness of the room. After year of staying in different places this one was very amazing. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay to enjoy the facility because we had to drive home. Next time that we went to Florida we are planning to come back to enjoy this hotel."
