Our Sunshine Retreat in Paradise

The health and safety of our guests, and employees is our number one priority. Our unit has Google Nest keyless entry for safety and an entry code that is customized for each rental. The home has hand sanitizer and clorox wipes so that you can make sure that you are safe while staying with us.

Our Kitchen is supplied with amenities to prepare and enjoy meals at home. Basic cookware, serveware, glass ware, cutlery, utensils, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent are provided. With the outdoor grill and patio table, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. In our kitchen we also supply a griddle, waffle iron, crock pot, mixing bowls, coffee maker and more.

Our newly re-decorated Bedrooms have brand new bedding and linens. Clean comforters, pillows, blankets and sheets are available on each bed. We have a queen air mattress and a pack ‘n play. In the bathrooms you will find complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. Pool towels are provided and stored in the laundry room. We provide a washing machine, dryer and complimentary detergent if you need to rewash the towels. You will also find an ironing board, and iron.

Each Master Suite and the family room have Smart TV’s which are connected to YouTube TV or you can mirror your phone, tablet or PC to them. You also have access to your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu Accounts.

Our Garage has 1 garage opener. There is a ping pong table, paddles and balls, pool floats, Big Joe Alligator pool float, football, and ice chest.

Paradise Village has provided two Pool Areas. One with a two-tier pool with a natural rock water-slide. The other is an awesome water park with a lazy river. Both areas have 20-person Hot Tub. There is a lawn area by the clubhouse and & fitness center. Walking, running and biking trails are everywhere. RV & boat parking is available in two areas. Access to Archie Gubler Park which includes pickleball, sand volleyball courts, a playground, basketball courts and more is directly behind us.

Guest access
You will have full access to Sunshine retreat and all of the amenities and toys in it. You will also have full access to everything the community offers. There is a Kids Cove which includes: water slides, splash pool, lazy river, and a 20 person hot tub and a snack shack. There is also a community clubhouse, exercise room and dual pool with another 20 person hot tub.

Other things to note
A new grocery store (Harmon's) was recently built and is within a 5 minute walk. It offers everything you will need for your stay to create your own meals, as well as ready-to-eat complete dinners, boxed lunches, party trays and a variety of other catering options. It also has a salad bar, gelato bar, pharmacy, bakery and even a cooking school.

Next to the Harmon's are 2 other restaurants; Capriotti's and Cafe Rio.
