My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay...the room was very clean and was well stocked with coffee, towels and linens. This is our 2nd stay at this place as it is well located for our participation in the Huntsman Games and is also pet friendly.

Great short stay!

We needed the stay for a short period and it was perfect! The house was very clean and the yard was beautiful. The directions were simple and parking accessibility was on point. It was stocked with all the essentials for the time we needed it.

Host and property owner were very clear on communication. We don't typically stay at VRBO based on the varied experiences we have had with requirements and fees. However, we would definitely stay here again. The property was good and the guest expectations were reasonable (not required to do laundry or other tasks we have had in other places). A private separate entrance and parking spot were nice. The owners are staying in the same home but we had no issues or concerns. Great place to stay close to Tuacahn. Thanks!

Cozy and coinvent

This was the perfect spot for us, we came for a sporting event and it was just my wife and I. It was in a very safe neighborhood and was very clean and quiet after a long day away. We would stay here again and again it was just perfect. The communication with Bob and Lorrie was great and we really did not need anything more than what was provided by them already.

Jersey Boys!

This was a fantastic get away. We came into town to see a show. It was close to the venue, had nearby restaurants and without the traffic of St. George. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the theater.

Comfortable stay in Ivins

First of all, this was super close to the medical school so it was perfect. They were very responsive to my inquiries. The room was very comfortable and a good relaxing return from the drive from Las Vegas and from the days work. If I return, I would look for this room again. Mahalo!

We were looking for a place to call home for the night while visiting Santa Clara and this property met our needs perfectly. It was close to our activities in the Santa Clara/Ivins area. Midpoint overnight stay

This was a stopping point on the way to drop my son off to college. Just needed a quiet small place to spend the night. This was a perfect property. Very clean and good communication with the owners. Neighborhood was quiet. We got in late and left early so it was perfect for what we needed.

Great experience

The room and bath was clean and was well stocked with towels. The bed was a Murphy bed and was very comfortable. Air conditioning and TV worked well. Instructions provided were clear and understandable. The only issue was that there were a number of fairly steep steps to the front porch and we had to park our car right next to some nut trees and then walk across a lawn and up the steps to access the room. We enjoyed our stay though and would like to book it on another trip to the area.
