"We enjoyed the proximity to town and to the airport. We also liked the variety of dining options, including the snack bar and the cevicheria. The facility was clean, the pools were great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room A/C worked well and the beds were relatively comfortable. We didn’t use the tennis courts but they looked great and are in excellent condition. We particularly liked the Italian à la carte restaurant. Our room was very clean but could use some upgrading/maintenance. We appreciated having a balcony to dry wet swimsuits. The beach is narrower than in Nuevo Vallarta but is sandy and there are loungers. Unfortunately there are no palm trees for shade, and beach umbrellas are only available for rent from 3rd party vendors. The beach drops off after a few feet and has a bit of an undertow, but the water is clean and we still enjoyed the waves. There are lots of umbrellas around the pool areas. We liked the whole experience overall and felt it was good value. I would suggest that the hotel advertise the evening entertainment more and put a clearer description in the guest program because it was quite good but not well-attended other than the Disney night. The cevicheria also could use more highlighting because it is a very nice feature of this hotel, and the tostadas were delicious. Special thanks to the omelette station staff, Guadalupe in the buffet, and to Daniel in the pool area, but all of the staff were great."

"Overall, our experience at the resort was wonderful. The property is beautifully maintained, and both the cleanliness and accommodations exceeded our expectations. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. Their attentiveness and professionalism throughout our stay were impressive and sincerely appreciated. The WhatsApp communication established at the beginning of our visit was an especially thoughtful touch. It made navigating the resort, coordinating services, and communicating with staff effortless and added a very personalized level of convenience to our stay. The Estate Spa was truly remarkable and one of the highlights of our visit. The setting itself was beautiful, and the massage service was outstanding. The therapist was exceptionally skilled, and the attention to detail throughout the treatment elevated the entire experience. The Cirque du Soleil show was, without a doubt, memorable. The dining experience included with the show was superb and beautifully complemented the evening. One consideration, however, is the amount of walking required throughout the experience. It was considerably more than we anticipated, particularly when attending an evening dinner and show dressed in evening attire. Providing guests with clearer expectations regarding the amount of walking involved would be helpful when planning what to wear. "The rooms weren’t particularly clean, especially the floors, and they felt a bit worn and dated. The food was mediocre. The pools were busy, but it was still easy enough to find a sun lounger. The hotel beach, however, is beautiful!"
