"This hotel deserves better management! *we came to hotel by car from another city, we found the entrance of the building by navigation, it was during the rush hours and finally when we came, we saw a big construction area written that "sorry we are renewing our lobby area"! so then what? there is no sign, no employee! we started to turn around the building and streets and lucky found the entrance to hotel trough their convention center. I inform the chek-in employee that it was problem for me, they should inform their customers before check in ; he replied "I will transfer your complain to management" that's all ! Other issue was extra bed they brought to room! it was not ready when we came to room and it was the oldest and worst extra bed ever. my son couldn't sleep there and we had to share the king bed 3 of us. And when I informed them of course the answer was "we will transfer your complain to management" Again no "sorry " the only star goes to the Italian restaurant in the hotel. it was amazing! but hotel it self was not even close to 5 stars except the location and building. "

"Staff was very nice and gave us an upgrade upon arrival. So nice to recommend places to go. Also, the location for the hotel was great, right next to transportation and across the street from the Bay. The breakfast room was great and good ocean view with great varieties of food."
