"Good location on a hill station ,pools and spa service was great ,room service good and breakfast was nice. Only thing they lack is communication and language barrier where you can not communicate what do you want "

"The hotel was more cleaner than my expectations. The staff was very friendly and caring especially Yousaf and Eget. This hotel is also in the middle of the old city, everything is walking distance. Metro is very close by and cheap. Highly recommended!!!"

"I loved this hotel. A super comfortable room, superb breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The location is perfect being close to the Smyrna ruins and the climb up to the castle. It's also by the bazaar and then on to Konak. Highly recommended. I'll definitely stay there again if I come back to Izmir"

"I liked everything about my stay when it came to the hotel, but I had the receptionist call a taxi for me and he ended up trying to rip me off. This has nothing to do with the hotel or its staff but I wish he had called a better and more honest taxi driver for me. Also there is no ice machine in the hotel , kept having to go down to the restaurant if I wanted ice. "
