If you are at the train station, they offer to pick you up whenever you are ready to return to your room. Our dinner and service was amazing. The food presentation was spectacular! The areas around the property allows for scenic, relaxing walks. The baths were also very clean and comfortable. I would strongly recommend Musashino Bekkan if you are staying in Hakone. "

"The Hotel is simply amazing Historic and Pristine And other than an issue with the Server at the French/Main Dining Room everything else was fantastic Staff was extremely fine and you have to watch the Video of the 2018-2020 Gut Restoration to truly see what went into the Hotel. It's a Gem. As is the whole area Don't miss the Open Area Museum"
