"Had a great 2 day stay in Ellesmere Port. Staff were brilliant and very helpful at all times. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and eat as much as you like. We also had dinner in the hotel which was very good. We attended a show at the Civic Centre which is only 5 minutes away. The weather was very good for us and we spent some time exploring the area and sitting on the bank of the Manchester ship canal. Overall a very enjoyable stay."

"Overall a nice hotel highlighted by Bri on reception and many other helpful and friendly staff. Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. Our family room had lots of space and everything was clean. Breakfaat was good as were the facilities of pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Our only change would be not to have dogs staying; one dog howled for a good while at 7.30 am on the sunday: I think guests had left it alone in the room."
