"Wonderful location, beautiful cottage with everything you need supplied. Even dressed for Christmas with Prosecco and large fruit cake inside for us on arrival. Greeted by Rob and Jan. Really comfortable bed. Warm and cosy cottage. Betsy(cockapoo) loved all the fields and new smells. Close to the village with all amenities. Highly recommend "

"Lovely pub, friendly staff. We only stayed 1 night but the rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast was cooked beautifully and really tasty. We would have had diner there but unfortunately it was the Christmas market on within Tarvin that evening so no food was served other than a stall outside. Free parking for people staying in the pub. Within a 15 min drive into Chester - Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. An enjoyable if not brief visit. "

"Host was welcoming and approachable. Spacious house for the 14 of us. Bedrooms all had en-suite bathrooms. Ample equipment in the kitchen and a real bonus to have two dishwashers. There was a large dining room which could accommodate us all easily. Everyone said the beds were comfortable."

"The House was very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable and the heaters in the rooms worked very quickly so was very warm in the house. The located was the perfect distance from the main city center. Bona was extremely helpful with any questions I had prior to checking in. The check in was super easy, and the house was easy to find if you read the instructions sent its very straight forward. Would happily stay here again! We really enjoyed it. "
