"Good location as not far from centre. Room (delux double) quite nice, clean however room would benefit from air con as it was uncomfortably warm (despite being cold outside). "

"Not enough staff in the restaurant or hotel generally. Was often waiting around for service. Lovely staff however. I dont think we should have been charged for the spa. I booked initially because of the spa and the steam room was not working. "

Great choice of stay after shopping at Cheshire Oaks. Very handy. Food smelt good even though we had already eaten. Would recommend. "

"A large group of us have just returned from the most fabulous stay at The Oaks for my hen weekend. Firstly, the host could not of been easier to communicate with. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous, the photos on the property details do not do this place justice. Stunning, spacious rooms, en suites, the most amazing party sized kitchen! I would return without hesitation, in fact, we are discussing our return trip next year already! "

"Wonderful location, beautiful cottage with everything you need supplied. Even dressed for Christmas with Prosecco and large fruit cake inside for us on arrival. Greeted by Rob and Jan. Really comfortable bed. Warm and cosy cottage. Betsy(cockapoo) loved all the fields and new smells. Close to the village with all amenities. Highly recommend "
