"The experience was good other than when I went to check out and turn my keys in at the front desk 430am. Nobody was there I rang the bell a couple times needing to leave urgently. I heard noise towards what I guess was the kitchen poked my head around the doorway to ask if I could just leave the keys on the desk an was met by a very rude young lady. I just walked away not wanting to listen to her mouth anymore left the keys on the desk and left. Not how I wanted my first interaction of the day to be but also didn't have time to stick around for her to possibly explain why she was being so rude. Clearly she either had been up all night or was not a morning person"
