Not being able to select the channels I wanted to watch and instead having to go through 50 channels with the channel button on the remote was very disappointing and annoying. I know it was a Spectrum thing but still disappointing. "

"We have stayed at Thorn Hill several times as well as 4 of the other inns in Jackson. Thorn Hill is our favorite; the Monroe Room is our favorite room. The included breakfast is excellent; we haven’t had dinner in the Inn for a long time. However, we did enjoy dinner at the tavern (which they manage) next to Black Mt ski slope. Great staff, comfortable bed, clean. I wish the shower water was hotter. "
