"We fell in love with this property, and were so excited to see the cool features. We had 8 people and it advertised that it slept 9. Luckily my daughter went first and told us we would need to bring an air mattress because there were only 3 beds. I don't know how they are advertising that it sleeps 9 because we could only sleep one extra on the couch. I asked the host about this and they never responded. "I brought a group of 21 youth and adults to a conference and we stayed here. We maxed out the place but the house was sufficient. Owner was very communicative, house was great, beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels. We brought paper plates, so not sure if there would have been enough at the house to accommodate a large group like ours but I have ZERO complaints. It was great!"
