"Clean rooms , staff that we did interact with was nice - front desk, bar tender, hostess at breakfast- we did the buffet so didn’t really interact much with waitress… the room was clean - the shower head was little questionable- not mounted well to the wall, and it looked like it was falling out but it wasn’t leaking or anything like that…the room worked great for the night and was at a great location if you are going to an event near by"

8/10 Good
"We got off to a rough start with having bugs in our room on the 6th floor. We had already unpacked so we had to pack up again and get moved a floor higher. The following day the front desk manager call me and wanted to move us again this time to a suite on the eight floor I almost said no because the thought of unpacking again was a turn off for me. However she asked my husband what he wanted to do and he said move of course. So we moved to the suite Wednesday Thursday and Friday night. The front desk called a couple of time to make sure we are comfortable. We were extremely happy with the level of service we received. The shuttle service has a very handy. Everyone was so polite and happy. It turned our disaster first day into a completely difference and positive experience. I would go back there within the next few months. I would like to thank all the staff members including bell men, housekeeping, bar staff restaurant and kitchen staff the grounds keepers and the front desk staff and especially the front desk manager."
