This beautiful home located just steps from the beach in a gated community is a great destination for surfers, families and romantic-minded vacationers alike. Enjoy the beautiful beachfront club with large swimming and entertaining area.

The house features 4 bedrooms (king, king, queen and 2 twins) and 4 full baths. The House has a great open floor plan with a spacious kitchen that opens to the living room and dining area. All of which overlooks and open up to the private pool with a waterfall features and a great natural privacy hedge. There is also a sitting area by the pool and bbq.
