Relax with your friends and family in this beautiful 2,600 sq. ft. 3 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom luxury condo located directly on Jaco beach. With room for up to 6 people, this 2018 fully remodeled unit is just steps from the beach. Enjoy your plush surroundings in paradise with
four flat screen TVs (48′ LED TV in Living Room and 42′ and 40′ LED TVs in each bedroom), comfy leather seating, and floor to ceiling windows. Each bedroom has its own private balcony and bathroom.

Property is nice. There is a homeowner association and people are not friendly. The unit is nice but I would not recommend it here to friends or family, unless they like to feel Unwelcome.

Diamonte Jaco Costa Rica

Fabulous been to Jaco and diamante is best so far . Location is the best and unit is totally updated ..probably the best equipped place we have stayed at . We had a rental car but won't rent one next time because we could walk everywhere. Erick was also great host and hooked us up with island and waterfall tour. /Oh and I must say that this rental is absolutely SPOTLESS from top to bottom. In a word...Perfect !
