"I stayed for 3 nights 4 day, hotel staff were always very kind and helpful, from the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff all were amazing. Clean rooms and housekeeping attended to the rooms daily. Loved the view and the easy access to the lake. Walking distance from local shops and restaurants. Pool and garden area nice and clean. I did not try the restaurant because prices were higher compared to other local restaurants but it did look good."

"Aunque el hotel es espectacular, bellos jardines, área para descansar y observar la belleza del lago por todos lados, muy tranquilo y las habitaciones con unas vistas increíbles. El personal es muy atento y amable. La comida y bebidas en el restaurante son demasiado caras y debido a que el acceso al hotel es únicamente por agua, no se tienen otras opciones. Adicional aunque si puedes llevarte la comida y bebidas a donde gustes, debes ir hasta el restaurante para adquirirlo, no tienen servicio de meseros."

"We had a wonderful stay at Lush! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel at home. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very eco-friendly, which made the experience even more special. I was initially a little worried because the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, but it actually gets quite cool at night, so we didn’t really need it. They also provide fans if you get warm, which was a nice touch. The hotel is also very well located, everything was like 2 min walk in San Marcos, Overall, the hospitality was outstanding, and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely come back!"
