The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a romantic getaway — but what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible service. A huge shoutout to Adrina, who went above and beyond for us. She helped me plan a surprise proposal from beginning to end, coordinating every little detail with so much care and enthusiasm. She made sure we were comfortable, informed, and taken care of throughout our entire stay. Thanks to her guidance and support, the proposal went perfectly — something we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. "We had an amazing stay in Santiago Atitlán! The room was super spacious with four comfortable beds, very clean, and had a beautiful view overlooking the lake. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Atitlán. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Aldo, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
