"The house was clean upon arriving; the cleaning crew was still there at 3 and we couldn’t check in until 4. The property was as stated in the listing. The only issue we had was the front door lock was not working properly and after 2 emails we still never heard back from the home owner… We had a great time and will rent it again- maybe this summer."

"A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful....

"Property is better than it was listed online. This cute mountain house have lots of space to spread out. 2B/1B upstairs with dinning and living room on the main entrance. Down stairs, I would say that is an entire another house with so much space there, including 1B/1B, it have a very spacious and accommodating living area, laundry and kitchen area, etc. The deck is very large and it offers beautiful views to the mountains. "Our party consisted of 7 adults and the size of the home was more than adequate to comfortable host us. The property manager was very helpful and communicative in the days leading up the trip, as well as, making sure things were good upon our arrival and settling in. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and provided easy access to the surrounding towns and highways. A nice bonus was the paved trail across the street which was convenient for a morning walk, run, or bike ride."
