"Needed a place to spend the night before early morning flight. Very happy with choosing this hotel. 6 minutes away from the airport. I had a lot of luggage and was able to get a room right next to the elevators. Clean and spacious bed. Very comfortable bed. Slept like a baby and was ready for my flight. Free shuttle that goes every 20 minutes was very convenient. Highly recommended."

"Moikka,kevät messuista selvitty ja perinteisesi majoitus holiday inn helsinkissä. Ilmoittauduimme meitä palveli huono suomi asiakas palvelija. Huioneemme oli neljännessä kerroksessa,ihan kÅYTÄVÄN päässä. Ensi kerralla, toivomme todellakin lähelle hissiä. Tuli ihan riittävästi käveltyä muutenkin messsuilla, aamupala oli todella runsas ja maukas. Pois lähtiessä TAAS huono suomi asiakaspalvelija oli paikalla. Ennen auton parkin hallissa sai maksaa siinä lähtiessä tiskillä mutta ei enään???? Kysyn miksi ??? Meille tuli ongelmia maksaessa. Kaupoista sen verran että tripla oli kivan lähellä.Toden näköisesti menemmekin sinne seuraavaksi, koska meille on erittäin täkeää että kun ollaan suomessa, niin silloin pääkieli on SUOMI ja sen ymmärtäminen (PUHUMINEN) ASIAKASPALVELIJALLA on oltava hallinassa. Huone oli todella siisti,mutta baarikaapin tyhjyys lähinnä huvitti. MIKSI PANKKIKORTTIA kopioidaan kirjautuessa, se jäi meille epä selväksi. Erittäin ikävä tunne varsinkin nyt kun niin paljon väärin käytöksiä.Tietoturvallisuus heikkenee. Mistä olen varma että se on pois nyt järjestelmästä ???? Mutta kaikkinensa positiivisin mielin kohti kesää..."

"Any to the wrong comfort hotel at first,, loads of people do. Leaving the hotel first thing in the morning we arrived at the far gate 36 through fairly busy security in just 45 minutes on a Sunday morning so sorry convenient location once you realise you passed it"

"Breakfast was excellent and consistently good. The airport shuttle was super for connecting to trains or planes and allowed us to haul a lot of gear."
