"The Kayon Jungle Resort is nothing short of exceptional. We were blown away from the moment we arrived. The resort itself is stunning (even better than the photos) with one of the most impressive pool setups we’ve ever seen — seamlessly blending into the jungle. The atmosphere throughout was quiet, tranquil, and incredibly relaxing. Our room was huge and absolutely gorgeous. All staff were outstandingly friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed. A special mention to Putu Ari, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and Deni (our lovely driver) To celebrate the team surprised us with a beautiful flower bath and cake which was such a romantic and thoughtful touch. I received a birthday blessing whilst having a floating breakfast...AMAZING!! All meals and drinks were so delicious, and the evening entertainment was fantastic. The acoustic guitarist was incredible— he somehow knew every song we requested — and the traditional dancers were captivating and authentic. We also loved the yoga sessions in the breathtaking pavilion overlooking the jungle — a truly serene experience. The Spa was incredible and one of the best we’ve experienced, leaving us completely relaxed and refreshed. We loved egg painting with Ranazurana too. Kayon Jungle Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We are absolutely going back — and next time, for much longer. Renee & Steve "

"Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve is, without question, the best hotel I have ever experienced in terms of natural beauty, setting, and design. The entire staff is a true joy to be around: warm, attentive, genuinely happy, and always willing to help. Each guest is assigned a personal butler, which elevates the experience even further. Our butler, Agung, was exceptional—thoughtful, proactive, and incredibly kind—making our stay effortless and memorable. This was my second time staying at Mandapa, and it certainly will not be my last. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my family and friends. You truly do not need to leave the property to have a perfect vacation.
