We were able to walk to town an even saw a black bear crossing the road! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We liked the quiet ambient music. The lighting in the room was bright, making for easy reading."

"My 2 nights were fabulous, apart from the fire alarm going off at 1:15 AM - it’s a wooden structure folk, don’t try to have a sneaky smoke without anyone noticing! No-one wants to be standing in the parking lot in the middle of the night but apparently my experience is not that unusual. However, if your room is the presidential wing you should not have to evacuate. The hotel has a cruise ship vibe in terms of service and luxury. Very enjoyable."
