"The hotel is a bit dated and showing its age. For the price they don't include much with the room. Beds for the pool are extra cost. Basically everything is going to cost an extra fee. The breakfast was expensive and not worth the price. The hotel is very expensive and not worth the price. They seem to be obsessed with squeezing every penny out of every guest as much as possible. And we had to wait in line to check out. Not a great stay. The facilities are not so good that they live up to the price. The hotel could definitely use a remodel. We won't stay here again."

This posed some challenges when heavy rain took place in 2 of our 4 nights' stay there. We have to drive out to find food which is very inconvenient."

"Racist staff that ignores you if you aren't their preferred nationality. We had to go up and ask for the bell man to take our bags after they told us we couldn't park in the front drive...we knew that, we simply wanted to drop our bags with them and be greeted politely as all the other guests from a certain country were."
"Location was excellent and it was its own resort. Staff Rabia was very helpful in a smooth check in and issues I had with an initial cancellation due to family emergency. Many of the staff can speak Korean and Chinese which was helpful!
Staff at the breakfast buffet were also very good. Lots of variety and would recommend this.
