"The hotel needs a deep cleaning and renovation. A/C worked and we had hot water in the bathroom. Other than that the hotel was not well mantained/organized."

"1- The sink is clogged. 2- There are hotel guests who gather near the room area CHATTING and LAUGHING LOUDLY until late night and it disturbs our sleep."

"Receptionist unreliable with limited English skills! They didn’t clean our room! Bathroom was dirty and full of ants! We booked the pick-up in advance as requested, for the morning, because we had a bus, and they were in delay! I need to push several times!! We had dinner experience, terrible, limited food in terms of quantity and variety! When food finished was not replaced, even if we asked and several people were there without dinner yet! I strongly NOT recommend this resort! Very very bad...

"The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy. We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 rooms."

"Don’t book this just for the pool, that’s for sure. Not like the photo on the booking. The room was really dirty, lizard poop on the walls that wasn’t even fresh, the light fixtures had a thick layer of dust on them. The beds and linen were seemingly clean though. I was a little annoyed because the listing said this place had laundry and then when I asked the front desk he referred me to a woman in town (not close) to take it to and pay her to do it. The hotel is not super close to the main area...
