Enjoyed a one week stay at this property with my family recently. The communication and check in process was very smooth even though we were checking in past midnight. The unit itself was spacious, excellent view of the Petronas twin towers, and had all the ammeneties a family could ask for including a beautiful roof top pool. The location was also very convenient in KLCC, walkable to Metro, Pavilion mall, KLCC park, etc. Overall, loved the stay, would stay again, 5 stars!

The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I especially appreciated the clean common areas and relaxing environment. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, making the entire experience hassle-free. While there is always room for small improvements, my overall stay was very positive.
