"I stayed here for 1 night, following an ice storm. I had no power at my home in Nashville & needed a warm place to stay. I’m a healthcare worker at a close by hospital & was so relieved to find shelter here. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean & bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I was required to pay a $20 parking fee to park on an ice-covered parking lot. It would have been nice to have that fee waived during a tragic ice storm that caused over 225,000 homes to be out of power in frigid temps. "

"Staff was cutious. Room was clean and veryspacious. Bead and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, including the fresh fruit and berries. The sink/water in the room had a bad smell. Staff said they would have it looked at. We would definatetly stay there again."

" When we checked into our room it was handicap accessible and it didn't seem right for us to take the room when someone else in need could use it. So the staff put us in another room and we're very grateful. The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed our overnight stay after a long day of traveling.
