"We booked this property for the convenience of being walking distance from the NJ PATH train ( Journal Square Station) which takes us to Manhattan in about 20 minutes. The apartment was excellent: clean, well stocked, modern bathroom, comfy bed and even comfy sofabed which my daughter slept on. Our host was lovely, easily communicated with her and had absolutely the best stay. I would stay again if available the next time we travel back to the area. "Responsive host, very clean apartment. Nice neighborhood. The wall between the hall and apartment needs to be completed to the ceiling, towel racks are useless unless properly mounted. The biggest concern is the tenant gas no control over the AC we requested it be cooled to 72 and in a few hours it was done. The last morning the AC was back up to a higher temp. Not cool. We were granted an hour linger stay to wait for our car. As i said the owner was responsive. "

"The room was clean and the bathrooms were too. In a convenient location in the SoHo area. Beware of the noise because the doors to the rooms only close loud. Other than that, great experience. Bring shower shoes, they are not provided."
