"The hotel is a great location within walking distance of St Helier town centre, Liberation Square & the seafront. The rooms are good size, clean but tired looking, the hotel could do with a fresh coat of paint. The swimming pool is lovely, clean & a good size though the showers aren’t great, so best going back to your room to shower. Breakfast has a good selection & service was good. Good value for money."

"The hotel was perhaps not the best choice for 80 year olds with some issues as the entrance to it is rather steep ! However, since we were meeting relatives of varying ages there, and the taxi service in Jersey is excellent, this problem didn’t detract from our enjoyment.. Our room was excellent , ver clean, and the bed very comfortable ! Personally I’m not a lover of a large breakfast and thought the price for what I wanted to eat was a little expensive but my husband certainly made the most of it !"

"Room was spacious and generally clean. Bathroom was a bit tired with low water pressure but functional. Closets acceptable but of a smaller size. Excellent location on waterfront with expansive sea views."

"This is a comfortable hotel. The lounge/restaurant area is superb - a great place to relax and enjoy the view over the bay. We enjoyed our bar snacks meal and our one dinner was of excellent quality. Our bathroom was a bit tired - adequate but needed a refurb. Most staff e.g. reception and bar, were warm and welcoming. Outside areas are beautiful - the pool looks good. Reasonable parking Steepish walk down to the little harbour."
