"Excellent location, overall cleanliness was good, loved the room and the cleaning crew was great. Only recommendation is the couch in our room was pretty stained and our shower curtain did not have a liner. We will be back. "

"I have stayed at this hotel for several years until 2 years ago. Now, I find that it has completely gone downhill. There are homeless people living in the hotel. On my most last 3 stays this year, I experienced a mouse crawling up my pant leg, a roch crawling on the shower curtain, wall paper torn on the wall, light bulb missing in the lamp and fabric torn of the chair. During my first visit this year none of the ice machines worked. During my most recent visit on 4/5/26, there where people partying in 2 rooms across from me at 3 am in the morning. I had to call the front desk. "

"The bathroom outlet was no where near the mirror! Was impossible to do my hair without a mirror. The thermostat would not go below 68 degrees. The front desk even sent a maintenance person however apparently I was told that is just how it is. Can’t be adjusted!. It was a digital thermostat that I believe was pre programmed to stay within temperature range the hotel sees fit. 68-73 degrees is not acceptable. Will not return to this hotel for this reason. "

"Staff and Internet were excellent. Loved that the AC had an off button. Noisy ACs are the worst things in American Hotels. This hotel is fairly run down and in need of a lot of TLC. Restaurant and bar close very early."

"Room is decent, safe in the room is broken. they’re extremely under staff. Upon arrival I requested a microwave, I called and checked with them in person at the lobby for 4 times. It took them more than 3 hrs to deliver the microwave up to my room. I have to say the staff at front desk is helpful, however he’s the only person around if you need help. The main reason we picked this hotel is the indoor pool. When we get there just to find out the pool water is super cloudy and no one is using it. It seems like they did not do a good job in the maintenance and keep it clean. We were afraid and did not want to touch the water in the pool. It was such a big mistake to have booked this place. I would not be going back there again. "

"I was only there for one night. I didn't utilize laundry services. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant, very informative. The room was clean but in my opinion i was expecting a more modernized feel. "
