"We stayed here both before and after our cruise. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is wonderful. A huge plus for this hotel is that the train has a station right behind the hotel (we never heard it though). The trains go right in to the city of Venice, but also convenient to get to car rentals (just one stop away) which is also a train hub to go to other major cities in Italy. The daily breakfast buffet is exceptional - cost is 9 euros, but well worth it - many hot dishes, pastries, beverages. Just a warning for Americans traveling here - be sure to bring travel converters/transformers for your electrical needs. There are no USB chargers in the rooms…."

"Our stay at The St. Regis Venice was absolutely fantastic. From the start, the staff was so helpful and attentive, ensuring that every detail was perfect. We requested connected rooms, and not only did they accommodate this, but they also gave us an amazing upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire hotel had a warm, elegant atmosphere that made us feel instantly at ease. We also arranged a private transfer through the hotel, and it was completely seamless. The third-party company they worked with was excellent—professional, punctual, and exactly the kind of high-quality service you’d expect from a hotel like this. Every interaction with the staff was lovely, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making our stay special. From the smooth logistics to the little thoughtful touches, everything added up to an amazing experience. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ll definitely be returning.
