"Staff was very friendly. My daughter accidentally left her airpods and didnt realize til we were at the airport. She emailed the facility, they found them and offered to hold them and provided a delivery service where she was able to have them arranged to mail back to the states. It was very much appreciated!"

"Lovely location, with nice grounds and the older part of the complex is spectacular. The newer part provided a spacious suite of rooms with kitchenette and dual aspect living room (it forms two sides of a quadrangle), for our family. Being in the roof meant that the window sills were low and these open fully, not an issue with older children. Breakfast is available in the older part of the complex, the coffee beans are locally roasted and resultant coffee delicious. Our Host was an encyclopaedia of local information and directed us to some local areas of interest. Recommended."

The fitness center was functional, and the hotel's location was great, with easy access to local attractions and business centers. "Clean room with AC and a good size, lovely view of the lake. Restaurant very good and reasonable price. Plenty to do around the lake, we cycled in the area along quiet road and dedicated tracks. Very enjoyable."

"Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a late check-in and the staff waited for us until 11pm. The hotel is outside the city and you have to go through a coded gate to get to the hotel parking. Good and secure parking."
