"Room was great, but didn't give coffee on second day."

"Great service from reception staff. Kind and helpful. Room was clean and spacious, nothing bad to say but a bit disappointing that they don't provide toothbrush and tooth paste. It was mentioned that the hotel aims to reduce waste for the environment yet there were paper cups in the bathroom instead of glasses, I thought that was ironic. Nonetheless, great location and great hotel. I am 100% returning. "

"The room was amazingly spacious with all amenities provided. There was also a private washing machine. The staff treated our belongings with care and were very friendly. The hotel was also close to many restaurants and eats, and a 20min walk to Myeongdong shopping street (also very accessible to public transport). Highly recommend and would come back again!"

"I really liked the spacious room, clean bathroom, gym and their hospitality! The front desk service was so amazing: she upgraded our room for free when I asked her if the room has a bathtub and even gave us free coffee tickets too. She was very kind and friendly:) The location is okay too with a convenience store within a minute walk."
