"Pros: breakfast had gluten free options, Clean room, good location, good value for money. Cons: sound proofing could be improved. We were in a front room, which overlooked a noisy macdonalds. We didn't ask to swap rooms as were only there for 2 nights, with hindsight would have been a good idea to at least have asked to swap."

"I think that the hotel need to be more versatile , when the wether is good open roof top bar ? No aircon the room was red hot but that’s not the hotels fault ! Italy doesn’t allow air con until late April I’ve been informed We certainly would have used the roof top bar as advertised ! But it wasn’t open "

"Great hotel in the Verona center. Very convenient to the most attractions of the city. Rooms are modern and specious enough, very clean as well as bathrooms. Breakfast is very good where you can always find what you like. Staff of the hotel always helpful and polite. Highly recommended !!"

"Lords of Verona is a gem! We loved staying there.The location on a beautiful plaza in Verona with a fantastic restaurant and gelato place right there made it a truly special experience. The room was beautifully designed and decorated. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay there again! "

"Rooms clean and beautifully decorated with large bathroom and powerful shower . We barely saw any staff during our stay as communication mostly by WhatsApp and phone . One office where staff seem to be based and we didn’t see anyone in evenings . No breakfast available at all . Excellent housekeeping service for room. Location great but the experience felt quite impersonal overall . I had mentioned my husband’s birthday on check in form but there was no acknowledgement or gesture regarding this ( they did ask if any special occasion ). Ask for mattress topper as bed extremely hard without it . Lovely rooms but I would prefer a hotel with staff a little more visible . "

"The room was lovely - clean and well appointed, the food was excellent- everything you want for breakfast, and the location is fabulous for exploring. But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were friendly, out going, helpful and genuinely lovely people. They could not have done anything more to make our stay better. "
