"The room was beautiful, clean and spacious, with lots of storage areas for our clothes, luggage, etc. The bathroom was larger than most hotels, with a full bathtub/shower AND a separate shower stall and a large vanity. It had many amenities, like a fully functional kitchen with stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and a kitchen sink. Having a washer/dryer in the room was very convenient for keeping up with our laundry. We were able to clean all our clothes before we checked out on the last day. The staff here were awesome! Every person we encountered was cheerful, respectful, and responded quickly to any requests we had. The hotel is located in the center of the city which makes it convenient for exploring the area restaurants and shopping centers on foot. It was super easy to get an Uber ride within minutes right at the front door of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable place to stay in Chengdu. "

"I stayed at a hotel on a cold day, and when I complained because the room was cold, they said the main heater was broken and they were fixing it and there was no heater. I had no choice but to endure it, but it was too cold... I checked that there was a room in another hotel right next door, and it was warm, so I paid more and tried to move, but the heater stopped working an hour after I checked in, and it was too cold and I said I would check out, and only then did they say the heater was working and send someone to turn it up! I wasn't the only one who heard it, and I clearly said that the main heater was broken and the entire room wasn't heated, but another employee said it was working and sent someone to turn it up? I saw another foreign woman complaining because she was cold and really angry!! It's a hotel that many foreigners visit, so you shouldn't lie and save on utility costs!!
