"Extremely unsatisfied as I left belongings in room after checkout, called that night and told them where I left my belongings and I got the impression that they could care less. I called again the next morning , no one was in that room and someone-I assumed was front desk said they went up to the room and didn’t find anything-my items were presents😡☹️"

"Check in was a slow painful process but the employee was very nice. She was just the only one working and there was a very long line. The outside could use some refurbishment but the room was clean and nice. I would stay again."

"The check in was great, we had an early arrival, however our flight was delayed. Had issue with air conditioning in one area but had quick response from owner. The pool was great and we loved the neighborhood. Traveled with our 85 year old father and the set up was perfect and safe. Our family really enjoyed our stay."

"As a man who is 6'4 the shower was not good Yes it had tons of room but shower head hits me in chest. I also fell getting into shower . I see the grab bar but there really should be a step. It was unsafe. Especially when wet.. also couldnt find the thermostat for tHe AC. other than is was a lovely place."
