"Terrific hotel we stay here when we go to Tampa"

"The bar area where we had dinner was sub par. The Bar tendender/ waitress was just doing her job, not overly friendly and not overly tenative. The hightop tables were the only palce to sit and barstools were not comfortable. The palce looked okay from the onset but once in and there and eating found it to be less than desirable. And for the total price with added operating/facility fee of 3.5% (for what?) cetainly not the atmosphere, staff or food, it was a lousy experience. Would have been better off going out elsewhere. Would not recommend this place to eat!"

"Roaches In the room, limited cramped parking, $50 surprise deposit on arrival, dirty ice machine, clogged shower heads, and a very unfriendly front desk upon arrival. Checking out, the morning guy was a lot more friendly. "

"Wonderful place to stay! Super clean, large accommodations and location was perfect. I would totally recommend the unit and reserve in the future with no hesitation. One of the best ive stayed at! I met an owner and so pleasant. Everything i needed nearby my family."

"Older Hotel and would be better if renovations were made. Noisy due to facing directly to Hwy 19. Continuous traffic through the evening. "

"As a man who is 6'4 the shower was not good Yes it had tons of room but shower head hits me in chest. I also fell getting into shower . I see the grab bar but there really should be a step. It was unsafe. Especially when wet.. also couldnt find the thermostat for tHe AC. other than is was a lovely place."

"Nina and Bob were outstanding hosts. I stayed in two of the triplex units that are perfectly maintained with excellent king sized beds, well outfitted kitchens, and comfortable accommodations. The location is wonderful near Main Street in New Port Richey, close to good restaurants, a convenience store, etc., all in walking distance. And, although the location is close to the heart of town, it is very quit and peaceful. I plan to retune next year!"

"Riverside Retreat is a nice two bedroom rental. The riverwalk and downtown NPR are closeby. We will stay here again."
