We had a disability accessible room, although I didnt request one so I would have enjoyed the room a little more if it was not accessible (a lot of empty space making it not feel cozy as well as an open floor shower in bathroom isn't something I would have chosen. Overall I liked the hotel. Thanks"

"Extremely unsatisfied as I left belongings in room after checkout, called that night and told them where I left my belongings and I got the impression that they could care less. I called again the next morning , no one was in that room and someone-I assumed was front desk said they went up to the room and didn’t find anything-my items were presents😡☹️"

"Roaches In the room, limited cramped parking, $50 surprise deposit on arrival, dirty ice machine, clogged shower heads, and a very unfriendly front desk upon arrival. Checking out, the morning guy was a lot more friendly. "

"As a man who is 6'4 the shower was not good Yes it had tons of room but shower head hits me in chest. I also fell getting into shower . I see the grab bar but there really should be a step. It was unsafe. Especially when wet.. also couldnt find the thermostat for tHe AC. other than is was a lovely place."

"Riverside Retreat is a nice two bedroom rental. The riverwalk and downtown NPR are closeby. We will stay here again."
