"The room was spacious and comfortable. Our room was on the top floor (5th). Upon entering the room, to the left, there are 2 blocks of wood against the wall. The floor in the room seemed wavy. Overall, it was very nice. Friendly staff. Great breakfast choices. Loved the coffee, one-cup coffeemaker in the room, and lemon infused water in the lobby."

"The house, pool and backyard area were wonderful! It was a very relaxing place, perfect to stay while we visited with nearby family. We went to a local beach suggested in the owner's scrap book, very nice. We went to Mi Montana restaurant for some amazing Cuban coffee and empanadas. We were also able to walk down to Bruce Brother's Beanery and get a great cup of coffee. The next time we come down to visit family we absolutely want to stay here again!"

"I can easily say that the cottage is cute, the access process was so easy, communication with the host amazing and there were lots of considerate touches, such as a few water bottles, some condiments, toiletries and ice. Yes, ice, some places I've stayed recently didn't have ice or ice trays, so I've learned to appreciate that :) I definitely want to compliment the hosts and when it comes to reviews, I know people use these to make informed choices so, I like to point out the 3 areas I think are important to most: 1. Bed - pretty comfortable, not the best, not the worst 2. Shower - water pressure is good and gets hot 3. Location - there's a cute little downtown area one block over with lots of great restaurants, ice cream, pubs, shops, etc. There's a great walking area with a canal and super cute houses a block or two over. It's about 30-40 minutes to Honeymoon Island and about 15-20 minutes from Tarpon Springs sponge docks that offer shelling, dolphin sighting and sunset cruises. The one and only recommendation and this is not to deter anyone, but just to prepare, there's a window ac in the bedroom that cools down the room great, but if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. It's not bad, just could be louder than what you're used to. It's really a cute cottage, they've done a great job creating a good vibes feel and were amazing to work with."

"Well the listing was for a 3 bedroom but the home is a 2 bedroom. The host is nice, however they are there working in the storage, they let you know but it makes the stay uncomfortable. If you are staying and planni g to make your own meals, you cant theres no cookware or reall dishes. The bath supplies listed are used bottles and theres no instruction or help book."

"Room was clean and comfortable. All the amenities of a hotel room. Fridge , microwave sink, Hot plate , basic dishes and pots. Iron and sm board. Lg shower love seat desk and tv. Hangers in closet! . Wifi passcode provided work well. We are walkers so the mile walk to downtown was not an issue . Also some none tourist type shopping a few blocks away."
