"My family recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. One of the biggest issues was that housekeeping never showed up throughout entire stay no cleaning, no fresh towels, no trash removal. This is unacceptable for a hotel stay of this length.
In addition, the room lacked essential amenities that any guest would be expect."

However, I regret to highlight that the condition of the dormitory washrooms falls significantly short of the hotel's otherwise high standards. Despite providing multiple rounds of feedback and raising concerns on several occasions, the issues remain unresolved. The washrooms continue to be untidy and poorly maintained, creating an unpleasant experience for guests.
