"It’s a small but very clean and nice room. The only “complaint” I’d have is the lack of AC (you have to open the window). Other than that, the staff was very friendly and it’s a nice hotel. "

The lounge was great for tea, cocktails and breakfast. We also appreciated the staff help at the bell desk with taxis."

The chair was ripped and dingy. Walls were banged up and damaged from luggage. It’s unfortunate that it was in sad shape as the staff was very nice and accommodating."

"Location is great. A lot of food options around. Staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The room is just a bit dated comparing to picture and the price paid. Very clean and spacious though. We paid about $700 Canadian a night for the Executive suite. "
