"Seamless check in and check out experience. Complimentary items such as toothbrush, hairbrush, face mask, and other items at the lobby is a lovely offer. The property is modern and clean (there are a few dated scratches and marks on walls but that’s just usual wear). The rooms are rather small but if you stay organized, you’ll be fine. Having a 7/11 on premises with direct access through the hotel entrance is a plus. All in all a great experience. "

"Disappointed with one of receptionist, not very friendly… And we asked for nearby restaurant but weren’t told about how awesome this area at Minato city (with plenty of restaurants etc) anyway we found high rated restaurant called Filemone … 1st class dining"

"This was my first stay at an Intercontinental hotel, needless to say I will definitely be returning. From the beginning of my arrival to the check out, I was treated like a king by all the staff. I didnt have to lift a finger getting my luggage from my cab to my room or my room to the airport. Check in was seamless. The daily breakfast buffet was delicious with so many options, the teppanyaki restaurant, incredible, steakhouse delightful. The sushi spot also to die for. Especially the matcha shaved ice. The Mixx lounge served great cocktails and was a awesome place to chat with other travelers. My room was very comfortable and well equipped. Granted coming from the States it will seem smaller than what we are used to but in Japan its all about quality over quantity. Everything in this resort is well thought/planned out. That's how nice this place is. I didnt even want to leave my hotel to explore Tokyo. I highly recommend this hotel, great value for the amount spent."

"The staff were overall friendly, most did not know much english. The main issue was that due to logistic reasons my partner and i booked different flights so the hotel booking was for only one person. They charged us $30/night for the duration of the stay. The shower smelled of mold/mildew but overall a great location and very easy to get around"

"Great location, nice corner room with two separate sleeping areas, perfect for a family of four. Close to two main metro stations and many convenience stores. A great base from which to see the rest of the city. "
