"Excellent choice for a family or group of friends. Spacious, beautifully decorated rooms with modern conveniences. Exactly as pictured. Plenty of room to spread out and find a cozy spot all to yourself. All systems worked perfectly, home is well built and the property is spotless. Quiet & peaceful surroundings with river access. You can hear the river and the birds from the generously sized porch. I would highly recommend this property. Loved the porch swing! Thank you for sharing your charming home."

"LOCATION: Bearadise is beautifully located in all ways; it is actually on a good size creek, so one gets to hear the water; beautiful sound; to Campbell-Brasstown 4 mi.; to Murphy, 8mi; Tenn 40 where so many creeks/rivers come together for fantastic rafting. The Nantahala & Park is right there- wonderful for rafting experience. Brasstown has Bluegrass Bands periodically-monthly; we were lucky to catch one at the Community Center just across from Campbell. Murphy had a Spring Festival on Sat. The Valley along 74 is surrounded by stunning views of the mountains. RESPONSE: Suzanne responded to our queries immediately each time. CABIN: A great 2 BR cabin- sitting balcony for BR upstairs, so a second couple - kids could have space not in the living room area. Porches were great. The area around cabin was very nice- easy to go sit at edge of creek. Firepit also nice-wood available. We could sit on the porch looking at the creek forever:) The kitchen was nice; fireplace-wood available. Towels Kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, towels etc. Fridge- Glass top range full size. BRs good size. Furniture on porch very comfortable! Might need to bring some folding chairs if wanting to sit out by the creek. There is a nice big rock. We were told there are trout, but we did not fish. Just the sound of the water alone did it for us. Exploring: the area is loaded with arts and crafts of significant quality; restaurants in Murphy fine. We hope to return, both to cabin & Campbell."

"The property had everything promised but the view from the wrap around porch was better than described. The little touch showed they thought of everything to make our stay very special. The drive up the road took nerves of steel but worth it!!"

"This rental was a great value and offered a comfortable, lived in quality we really appreciated. The amenities were exceptional and the fact that toilet tissue and other things you usually bring from home were amply provided was unusual yet welcomed. The Hiawassee river was gorgeous and the constant sounds of rushing water were very relaxing. This home is close to everything with Blueridge, Helens, Gatlinburg as well as other sites only an hour or two away making for so many options. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture, ample towels were provided and overall this rental was a big hit. Try the Great Smokey Mountains Railroad while you're in the area, loved it and its only a 45 minute ride. This rental us a definite winner and we found our host very supportive and available though we didn't really nèed anything."

"Super pretty cabin and was super clean! Stayed with just my husband for a romantic weekend but a small family would also fit comfortably. We had an issue with the hottub when we arrived but the host got some one out to fix it while we were out of the house the next day. Not the only house around but is surrounded by woods on all sides so you dont even notice. Hot tub is in a great spot for watching the wild life that wonders through the back side of property. There is some highway noise outside but it wasn’t enough to hear inside. Great cabin in a great location"

To be able to have our morning coffee right on the river; to say it was an amazing start to the day, is an understatement. The area was quiet and the sound of the river was relaxing, even our furbaby didn’t want to leave!! This is an absolute gem and can’t wait to come back!!"
