"The cabin is perfect for the 4 couples in our family. Was very clean and comfortable. The remodeled kitchen was a great and beautiful surprise. This is our second time renting this house and have already reserved it again for next year. The dock and lake were a great place to hang out. Staying in this house is an excellent experience ."

"The cabin was beautifully decorated, well stocked with extras, clean, and cozy. The creek behind the cabin and Adirondack chairs with fire pit were nice. We were there only one night but could see staying longer in the future."

"We enjoyed our time at the property and were thankful for a place to relax and spend some much-needed family time together. The inside of the house was mostly clean, although the pillowcases in the downstairs bedroom had visible food smears on them and appeared dirty.The main issue for us was the outdoor space. The exterior areas, especially the deck and furniture, had heavy pollen buildup and thick cobwebs throughout. Since the outdoor space was one of the things we were most excited about, it was disappointing to arrive and not be able to use it right away. We spent about four hours cleaning the deck furniture so we could sit outside, and then another couple of hours the next morning mopping and washing the deck so we wouldn’t track pollen into the house.I also tried reaching out to the host by email, but the message failed to send, so I’m not sure whether the email address provided was correct.That said, once we cleaned the outdoor areas, we were able to relax and enjoy the property. We hope this feedback is helpful for the host and that future guests are able to fully enjoy the outdoor space."

"This place left me in tears when it was time to leave. I asked my husband if I could write the review. My husband rented this for our family to get away after a rough start to the year. It was a time to get away and reset and just spend time together. This home just out did itself. From the breathtaking view out the the front window, the sweet little coffee bar setup, the s'more box left on the counter filled with treats, the amazing hot-tub that looks out toward the mountains, all the fun games/pool table/shuffle board, the stocked wood for the fire pit, we thoroughly enjoyed it all!! Thank you thank you Tim!! All the stocked washer tablets, toilet paper, trash bags also didn’t go unnoticed. The kitchen has every appliance you could ever need or want. And the sauna with the view just sends it all over the top. Tim’s check out is seriously the sweetest gesture of all. We literally took the trash out and that was it. We loved your home. We loved your recommendation of living water vineyard. STUNNING up there. Also, the recommendation book you left on the table was so helpful. Visited Desoto and Helton creek waterfalls and enjoyed them both. Fantastic thrift shops in town and we loved Jim’s BBQ. I bawled my eyes out when we left. We needed this trip & the home made it what it was. Thank you a million times over, Tim!! Your efforts around your home didn’t go unnoticed."
