The only negative was that the Brassies Grill was understaffed every time we either ate there or tried to eat there. For the price of items on the menu and the fact that it was the only option for food at certain times at the resort, they definitely could do better. "

"We really loved staying in this property. I stayed at the Big Horn room and it was great, my girls enjoyed it so much, it was beautifully decorated and it was SO clean. Renee was always available to contact in case of any questions and we also met the owner who was on the property making sure everything was smooth. If I go back to Helen, I will definitely stay here again. "

"Great stay! Rooms were remodeled and high tech. The TV was not cable and was reliant on the internet and sometimes while watching something the connection was lost. That was a pain. That said, our room and stay were wonderful! Would definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful hidden gem near Dahlonega GA.. Wonderful long distance mountain views from the lodge. Great place to unwind! Excellent breakfast served by Kendall. She was soooo very nice & helpful in offering advice on the area. We are coming back again!! Literally in another week. "

"Unit was basically clean; maybe wouldn't have passed a white glove test in some areas but it is after all in a grove of trees. The description of "15 yds from lake" is probably correct BUT lake was nowhere to be seen from the unit, disappointing. Many lovely lakes are not far, however, and my son took me to them. I was gone during the day so can't comment on that, but evenings/nights the property itself was quiet. Traffic on the road running directly past the property was pretty constant through...
