"The room was very clean and smelled clean. The staff was very friendly. A few things if your staying on Saturday between the water park and the hotel parking was a big issue that day . Otherwise no problem . You also cannot use the pool until 6 pm unless you purchase ticket for water park. Great place to stay otherwise ."

"The condo was very spacious and fully stocked with everything that you would need. Steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. You can park your car in one of the 2 parking spaces (covered and uncovered) and never have to drive till you leave. We brought our golf cart and used that to get around everywhere, there is charging available onsite. You can also rent a golfcart local! The beach closet available for use was fully stocked with beach toys, umbrella, beach cart, and chairs. Communication with the host was VERY clear, responsive and prompt. The unit was very well decorated with plenty of sleeping options and seating options. We loved staying here!My only suggestion to guests- if you are sensitive to noise at night, bring a sound machine or Alexa. Hurricane Eddie's across the street does have music till pretty late at night which faces the main bedroom wall. We stayed during a holiday weekend so that may have played into the late night music."

"Wonderful stay. This is an older beach house but the location to the beach was top notch. The pool was great. Overall we had a great stay. There were some complaints about the doors (inside and outside) not opening and closing well, the dishwasher falls out of the cupboard, the air conditioning was so so (got hot in some of the bedrooms at night requiring use of multiple fans which were in the closets for guest use) and a few of the beds (in the rooms with multiple beds) were uncomfortably hard/worn. The kitchen was lacking some cookware (baking sheets, small bowls) and the house could have used a few more towels (bath & kitchen). The views were absolutely stunning and you could see the beautiful sunset from 3 different deck levels. There was a closet of beach and pool toys. I cannot say enough about the pool, location to the beach, and the views at this property. This property also had plenty of seating on its multiple decks. Perfect for group vacations. We had no issues during our stay requiring us to urgently contact the host but the host was easily available and responsive during check in and check out. The cleaning/maintenance staff were there when we arrived and they were very friendly to us. We would definitely return to this property."

"Overall, we really enjoy staying at the Reef and continue to return for the beautiful views, amenities, comfortable room layouts, and generally relaxing atmosphere.This particular unit had a few check-in and cleanliness hiccups. The condo itself was lovely, but we feel it could benefit from a more thorough cleaning, especially in the kitchen, along with freshly washed decor bedding items/couch pillow casings and updated beach towels.Despite a stressful start, we made the best of our stay and enjoyed our time at the Reef."
