"We were able to check in early but the room we reserved (Sunset view suite) was not what we were given. The room was dirty, had mold on the ceiling and very outdated. The fire alarm was hanging off the wall. We had an issue with one of the key cards not working, luckily housekeeping was near by and let us into the room. She instructed us to go to the front desk since the key wasnt working. When we did the front desk representative told us we are doing it wrong. When we tried to explain that their own staff told us something was wrong with the key she just dismissed us. Between the poor condition of the room and the staff we left within hours of arriving and not getting a refund. Dont waste your time or money."

"The host was a bit difficult to reach when I had a question, but a week later we finally got in touch. The location is a short walk to the beach and had all the beach items that we needed. There were a lot of clean bath towels which was good. We were on the ground floor of the unit and could hear everyone upstairs, coming and going which was a bit disappointing. The house itself was cute but no storage whatsoever. There was no dresser or nightstands with drawers but had a trundle bed in the master that had 3 drawers but couldn’t use them because they wouldn’t pull open all the way and the inside of the drawers were covered in dust and hair, so would of had to clean them if were able to use them. We had to live out of suitcases for a week. There is no storage cabinets in the kitchen for any food items, so we had to leave whatever food we bought sitting on a countertop. And if you cooked a meal, you would either have to sit outside where there was a table and share it with the tenants upstairs, or hold your plate on your lap. The bathroom also had no storage for except a small little table that you had to pile everything on. Overall, the stay was fine, but could use a good deep cleaning. Probably wouldn’t rent again."

"Smelled moldy, ac unit had dirty filters and what looked like mold inside, rattled like crazy, so loud. Tons of stains under the sheets, stained extra sheet, no extra blankets for the pull out, pull out was more like a futon in a college dorm, no access when we got there, windows didn't open, no fire exit. Coffee pot wasn't a normal coffee pot, dark and sad honestly. But...Close to the beach. Wouldn't stay here again"

"The property was excellent and we loved the proximity to the beach. Leading up to the trip, the host was very responsive, however he did not reply to messages when we were at the house. We were disappointed as the beach chairs that were provided at the home were broken. In addition, there were two cockroaches in home, as the host made us aware (before the trip) that they are common to the region. We were very pleased with the supplying of kitchen and bathroom essentials in the home. There were plenty of towels provided, and the backyard picnic space was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience and we would stay here again."
