"We immediately felt welcome and pampered in this attractive apartment. It is comfortable, quiet, and tastefully decorated, including new appliances. It has a relaxing rural ambiance with easy access to the Interstate and a short drive to Binghamton. Daryl, the host, is friendly, insightful, and helpful. We got a good night's sleep, and our little dog enjoyed running around in the yard. All in all, an unusually pleasant place to stay."

"We were there for house hunting. Location was great for us. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive. Home was neat and clean. Furnished fairly well for the size but there was no place for me to unpack. There were hangers in the closets but they were stuffed with extra pillows, blankets, etc. Host only communicated through the VRBO message board which made it a little difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if needed."

"Clean inside, reasonably priced and clear communication from the owner. The only drawback was the neighborhood was definitely a little sketchy and there was only on street parking and it was on a side street that the house wasn’t on."

"The apartment was adorable and provided a great place for my grandson and I to just hang out after celebrating middle school promotion. His house is only 10 minutes from town so it was easy to go between. Love the apartment and the town. We had several good meals while watching TV. Every decoration in this house was chosen with care. We had everything we needed, including hand soap and filtered water! Both much appreciated. "I really have mixed feelings about my stay. For just somewhere to crash at a low price, it was fine. In fact, I sense they did a lot to make a modified single-wide trailer house into a stayable place. There are newer fixtures and furniture, but things like wall paint and trim and such were done badly. It was a mix of nice touches and run-down details. I really liked the mini-counter with tall chairs in the kitchen, but weirdly, none of the kitchen cabinets or even the fridge had door...
