"I don't like writing bad reviews, but now I have to. The hotel is small and cozy. There was a mountain view and a cozy spot in the pool area, but the large pool isn't heated and was very cold (we were there in March). The bed linen was very washed out, gray (instead of white), and unpleasant. There was a terrible smell throughout the entire hotel. The carpet on the stairs was very old and dirty. This Нotel can only be recommended for people with low incomes."

"There only seems to be one person responsible to get the morning breakfast buffet in order. Way to much work for one person. Tables were not wiped clean at breakfast time. Perhaps Marriott isn't allowing enough time for breakfast staff member. In the afternoon and evenings, I had to ask desk staff to fill coffee urns and they actually ran out of coffee creamers. That should never happen. "

"We had a great time at the Madonna Inn, the only drawback was that we only stayed one night, we should have stayed longer to enjoy all that it has to offer. Next time we will definitely stay longer. It was great fun choosing our room, and am already looking forward to staying there again."

"Selene was an amazing and welcoming staff member. She made our check in really smooth and had a welcoming smile every time we came in. The room was nice, the shower and shower curtains could have looked cleaner. I appreciated having enough towels for the 3 day stay. Premises looked nice from the outside, unfortunately we did not have time to check out the pool area or gym."
